Week 4 Setback

SO Monday was our Week 4 weigh in. I was actually up two pounds. I was very disappointed but expected a small number due to a big week the week before.

I fell off the wagon....the no carb wagon. I decided for me it was better to add in healthy carbs and make it a total lifestyle change versus a diet. I had no intentions of kicking carbs to the curb for good.

Ok. I decided at the month mark I would post my pictures. I wore the same outfit. So here is before/after with 10 lbs down and 8 inches lost (3 belly, 3 thigh, 1 neck and 1 bicep).
